Exchange / Return for Pre-Order and Off the Rack Items
Jackets may be returned within 2 days of delivery for store credit or exchange if the preferred size is available. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Jackets must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition with tags intact. Please contact us first for authorization. There are no returns for refund.
Jackets customized or modified during production at request of the customer are considered altered condition. They are not eligible for exchange or return for store credit.
If a jacket sent back for return or exchange receives any damage while in custody of the customer, the customer will be charged for repair, deodorization, and/or replacement value of the jacket. DudsByDel is the sole responsible party for determining jacket damage. Damage may take the form of rips, tears, compromised hardware, stains, offensive odors and anything else that would make the jacket unsalable as new. Be especially careful with zippers, tags, bending the arms, cologne, and smoking.
Best practice is to save original packing materials and re-use them as long as they are in good condition.
Store credit is valid for one year following the issue date.
Shipping
Shipping costs are incurred by zone. USA – $40, Canada – $60, Australia & New Zealand – $130, Rest of World – $115. Shipping is paid by customer in all cases.
We typically ship jackets within 2 business days. Delivery times are up to the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
